To Hold a room block for your team, please follow the below instructions:
- Click “VIEW ALL UPCOMING EVENTS”
- Click the Logo for the event you are attending
- Click “HOLD A ROOM BLOCK”
- Enter your club & contact information then choose the hotel/number of rooms you need per night and assign your team a “block code” and click Create Block
To Make your Individual Reservation, please follow the below instructions:
- Click “VIEW ALL UPCOMING EVENTS” or use the custom team link/block code provided to your team manager/coach
- Click on the "RESERVE NOW" button at the hotel/room type of choice
- Create an account or Log In to your existing account with Travel First
- Complete your reservation information (check in/out, First/Last name of person checking in, players name, etc.) then click "ADD TO RESERVATION"
- Click "GO TO CHECK OUT"
- Review your cart and click "START CHECKOUT"
- Confirm your billing information and click "CONTINUE"
- Enter your credit card information and then click "COMPLETE ORDER". You will receive an invoice number and an email confirmation. If you do not receive a Travel First Order Number and email your reservation was not fully processed.

MLS Regional Showcase Team Block stay to play requirement:
- Each team is required to book 15 rooms per night
- If your preferred hotel does not have the number of rooms needed, please contact info@travelfirstagency.com for assistance
- If Thursday and/or Sunday inventory is not showing available, please contact info@travelfirstagency.com and we will update your team block to accommodate the additional nights
- Sunday Night requests- only teams that advance to finals will play on Monday. Hotels are aware families may need to extend their stay and the group rate will be honored for any last-minute extensions.
- Please do not call the hotels directly. All reservations must be made through Travel First.

- I need to make a change to my reservation
- If you received your hotel confirmation number please contact the hotel directly to make any changes or cancel your reservation
- If you have not received your hotel confirmation number please send your change/cancel request to info@travelfirstagency.com
- Hotel Confirmation Numbers will be sent once the hotel has processed your reservation. Confirmations may be sent up to one week prior to check in.
- All deposits/booking fees are non-refundable.
- All deposits/fees paid at the time of booking are retained by Travel First.
- Your deposit is applied toward your room rate, and the remaining balance (excluding taxes) will be shown on your Travel First invoice and paid at check-in.
- Deposits/fees will not appear on your hotel folio.
- Some hotels may place an authorization hold or charge on your credit card before check-in. If this happens, it will appear on your bank or credit card statement as PlayerFirst / [Hotel Name].
- Authorization holds typically release within 3–5 days after check-out.
- Any charges the hotel processes will be applied directly to your final balance at the property.
