• 24-Hour Assistance- Travel First will have a sports travel expert on call should you need any assistance regarding your hotel reservations.
• No Walk Clause- Guests booked through Travel First will not be relocated under the “No Walk Clause”
• Approved Hotel - Travel First confirms the hotel meets the Travel First hotel affiliate standards. We then negotiate with each property of behalf of you and the event organizer.  We provide the lowest rates, tournament protection, and a variety of options/amenities to fit all of your team needs.
• Audit - To ensure our pricing is the lowest group rate offered, we are constantly auditing individual hotel prices. Should you find a lower group rate for the same room type, please let us know!
• One Stop Shop for all of your travel needs- Travel First provides a one-stop shop for all of your travel needs including: 24 hour online booking, ability to view all available inventory at the events participating hotels, 24 hour access to managing your reservations, group air travel (for groups of 10 or more), bus charter assistance, as well as discounted car and van rentals through National and Enterprise
